We received our UCI or Unique Client Identifier and IP1
We were busy with the holiday season. We went to Sta Cruz to welcome the New Year with my family. For these past days, we were not able to check our CIC account. It is Sunday morning, December 31, 2017 we were at church and to our surprised Fritz received an email that his CIC account was updated. Unique Client Identifier got updated. So the CIC account is shown below.

UCI number was now provided. Each one of us has unique number as the name of the number implied. This is our individual Client ID. In availing Pre-arrival services, this number will be asked also. We estimated that the update happened on December 29, 2017 since the email date is December 30, 2017, Saturday. Some applicants said that sometimes email noticed arrived a day after the update. Also, we noticed that the Background check change from Not Application to our application is in Progress. This stage is commonly known among applicants as IP1. In this stage it was assumed that the CIC agents will do R10, criminality checks during this stage. Once they feel everything is good then they will change it to NA. These things will happen at CIO Office (Centralized Intake Office).
