Finally my 480 hours of my great OJT experience is finally done. For almost 2 months and a half I learned a lot of things. I had my OJT at SN Wide Reach Marketing and Merchandise in J. Catolico Ave. General Santos City.
The OJT Day Begins
On my first day I had my orientation where we talked about the history of the company, the people behind its success, the policies, benefits, codes of conducts, etc. And then Ma’am Gay route me to the whole company for me to be familiar with the place, she introduced me to the whole group of Finance and Sales Department and as well as to the other department that are under the Cellular City.
On my first day I learn on how to socialize and mingle with the whole SN Wide Reach and Cellular City people. For the next days I was exposed to the common tasks of a clerk; filing, encoding, printing, checking and so on.
They allowed me to use the computer for programming purpose of their inventory system since they don’t have one.
One thing that I won’t forget that she said was “Motivate yourself before you motivate people around you.” I was able to make Inventory System after a couple of weeks staying there and last December 1, 2010 we tested the system and see how it works.
As time goes by we became more intact with the people inside the company especially to the SN Wide Reach Marketing people. January 22, 2011 was my last day in the company, it’s not that easy to say goodbye to those people who became a part of your life. My great accomplishment while working there was their Inventory System. As I leave the company I will surely treasure all the learning that I had at SN Wide Reach Marketing, General Santos City.
